Here you will find the breakdown of our sessional, part-time hours at Keen Kidz Montessori & Afterschool.

Breakfast Club

🍳 8am – 9am (School-aged children only)

Start your child’s day right with our Breakfast Club! We provide a nutritious breakfast in a warm, welcoming environment before safely walking children to school.

Perfect for busy families who need early drop-off, our Breakfast Club ensures your child is well-fed, ready to learn, and arrives at school on time with their friends.

ECCE Scheme

📚 9am – 12pm

Our ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) programme offers high-quality Montessori education for preschool children.

During these three hours, children engage in child-led learning through Montessori materials, creative play, outdoor exploration, and social activities.

This sessional care is available under the free preschool scheme and provides the perfect foundation for your child’s learning journey.

Part – time ECCE Option

📖 9am – 1.30pm

For families seeking extended morning care, our part-time ECCE option offers an additional 1.5 hours beyond the standard ECCE session.

Children enjoy lunch with us and have extra time for deeper engagement with activities, more outdoor play, and a relaxed transition before collection.

This option combines the benefits of ECCE with the flexibility of extended care.

Afterschool

🎒 1.30pm – 6pm (School-aged children only)

Our afterschool service provides a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children from Junior Infants to 6th Class.

We collect children from school and bring them to our setting where they enjoy homework support, lunch, creative activities, games, and outdoor play.

It’s the perfect place for children to unwind, complete their homework, and spend time with friends after the school day.

Opening Hours

🕐 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

Keen Kidz operates during school term time, providing flexible sessional and part-time care to suit your family’s needs.
